By accessing the CIPAG website, registering for membership, or purchasing any certification or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Membership and certification are open to public administration professionals, civil servants, policy analysts, academics, and governance practitioners worldwide. We reserve the right to verify your professional standing.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You are liable for all activities conducted through your account.
All membership and certification applications are subject to review and approval by CIPAG. We reserve the right to reject any application that does not meet eligibility criteria or that contains false information. Membership tiers and certifications are non‑transferable.
Fees for membership, certification exams, and events are as published on our website. All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via third‑party gateways. Fees are non‑refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. Any chargebacks or disputed payments may result in immediate suspension of membership.
All members must adhere to the CIPAG Code of Ethics. Violations may lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.
All content on this website – including text, graphics, logos, exam materials, and courseware – is the property of CIPAG or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. CIPAG® and other certification marks (CPA®, CGP®, CACS®, PFM™) are registered trademarks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CIPAG and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your membership and access to services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or violate the Code of Ethics. You may cancel your membership at any time by written notice, but fees are non‑refundable.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington D.C. in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
