Distinguished Fellow

DFCIPAG – Elite Leadership

Reserved for senior executives, scholars, and practitioners with 20+ years of demonstrable impact.

The Distinguished Fellow Cadre

This elite tier precedes Platinum Membership and honours individuals who have shaped public administration at national or international levels. Distinguished Fellows are former ministers, permanent secretaries, directors‑general of international agencies, or academic leaders who have transformed governance education.

Members of this cadre enjoy governance roles within CIPAG’s Council, are inducted into the Leadership Hall of Fame, and often progress to become Platinum members. They serve as ambassadors for the institute and provide strategic counsel on global governance trends.

Eligibility Indicators

  • 20+ years in public sector leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated national or international policy influence (e.g., led a major reform, served on a constitutional commission).
  • Recipient of national honours or international awards for governance.
  • Endorsement by two existing Distinguished Fellows or Platinum members.
