Who is a Fellow?

Attaining Fellow status marks a significant career milestone for public administration professionals. Fellows are senior practitioners, policy architects, or institutional leaders with a proven record of driving governance reforms, leading high‑impact programs, or shaping national policies.

The FCIPAG designation holds prestige in government circles, international organizations, and boardrooms. Fellows access high‑level policy forums, publish thought leadership through CIPAG channels, and mentor Associate members. Mentorship flows both ways – Fellows receive peer guidance while shaping the next generation.

Qualification Pathways

  • Traditional Route: Sustained career growth (10+ years) plus advanced qualifications (MPA, MSc, or PhD).
  • Portfolio Route: Major governance innovations, policy reforms, or institutional transformations with documented impact.

All applicants undergo a rigorous peer review of technical skills, ethical standing, and professional contributions.
