Common Issues

  • Exam proctoring glitches – restart router, use Chrome or Edge, close other apps.
  • Missing CPD records – allow 48 hours for sync; contact cpd@cipag.us.
  • Forgotten password – use ‘reset password’ on login page.
  • Digital badge not issued – check spam folder; request resend from your member portal.
