Eminent Fellow

ECIPAG – The Pinnacle of Professional Achievement

The highest honor CIPAG bestows – reserved for those who have transformed the field of governance.

The Eminent Fellow Cadre

Eminent Fellow (ECIPAG) is a lifetime recognition awarded to individuals whose contributions have reshaped public administration, governance systems, or international policy. These are the giants of the profession – former heads of state, chief justices, UN agency directors, or scholars whose work has defined generations of public service.

The honor is strictly invitation‑only, with a minimum of 25 years of exceptional service and a legacy of substantial, measurable impact. Candidates are evaluated on innovation, ethical leadership, and the lasting effect of their work on society.

Privileges of an Eminent Fellow

  • Permanent listing in the CIPAG Register of Honor.
  • Ex‑officio seat on the Global Advisory Board (for life).
  • Naming rights for CIPAG awards or lectureships (by donation).
  • Steward of institutional knowledge – consulted on major strategic decisions.
Eminent Fellow

“Eminent Fellows are not merely members – they are the architects of our professional conscience.”

— CIPAG Charter

Nomination is by the CIPAG Council only. No direct applications are accepted. However, you may recommend a candidate for consideration.
