DRF – Bridging Research & Policy

For PhD holders and advanced researchers shaping evidence‑based governance.

Who Should Apply?

The Doctoral Research Fellow (DRF) cadre is designed for individuals holding a PhD in Public Administration, Political Science, Governance, Law, Economics, or related disciplines. It also welcomes doctoral candidates who have completed their comprehensive exams and are actively working on dissertations that address governance challenges.

What DRFs Receive

  • Access to CIPAG research grants and small‑project funding.
  • Publishing platform in the CIPAG Journal of Governance & Public Policy.
  • Mentorship from senior fellows and policy practitioners.
  • Priority slots at international policy forums and UN‑affiliated events.
Research

Application Requirements

CV & Publication List – including peer‑reviewed articles, policy reports, or books.
Research Proposal (2‑3 pages) – focus on governance, public finance, or institutional integrity.
Two Academic References from professors or research supervisors.
Proof of Doctoral Status – degree certificate or official enrollment letter.
