Professional Route

Academic & Certification‑Based Pathway

For educators, researchers, and certified governance professionals.

Two Sub‑Routes

Academic Route

At least 3 years of teaching or research experience in Public Administration, Governance, Political Science, or related fields, plus a relevant postgraduate degree (MSc, MPA, PhD). Lecturers, researchers, and university faculty are welcome.

Examination Route

Successful completion of CIPAG‑accredited certifications (e.g., CPA®, CGP®, CACS®) or equivalent professional exams, plus at least 2 years of governance practice. Emphasizes both theoretical knowledge and applied competence.

Both routes lead to the same membership tiers – Associate, Fellow, and beyond.
